SMS Terms

Text messages from SaaS Logic for FacilityView360 and the connected products: sign-in codes, account notifications and customer care.

1. Messages We Send

SaaS Logic LLC sends text messages for FacilityView360 and the products that sign in through it (CMMS Pro, CMMS Lite, AssetView3D, SecureDutyPro, Ground Pilot GPS, ReturnLink and FacilityView360 Twin):

  • Sign-in codes: one-time passcodes to sign in (two-factor and passwordless sign-in).
  • Account notifications: security alerts about your account (for example, a notice that your account signed in with a password), account and service notices, and alerts that you or your organization have turned on in a product (for example work-order, on-call, or vehicle alerts).
  • Customer care: replies and updates about support requests you started with us.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

2. How You Opt In

Texting is opt-in. You agree to receive text messages from SaaS Logic when you:

  • add your mobile number to your FacilityView360 profile and choose Text me a code as your sign-in method;
  • tap Text me a sign-in code on the FacilityView360 sign-in page;
  • turn on text alerts for your number in a SaaS Logic product; or
  • ask our support team, by phone, email or support request, to contact you by text.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can always sign in with an emailed code or a password instead.

3. Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies. Sign-in codes are sent only when you request one; notifications depend on your account activity and alert settings; customer-care messages depend on your support request.

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. SaaS Logic does not charge for text messages.

4. STOP and HELP

STOP
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation and no further texts, including sign-in codes, until you resubscribe: SaaS Logic: You're unsubscribed and won't receive more texts. Reply START to resubscribe.

Reply START to receive texts again.
HELP

After opting out you can still sign in with an emailed code or a password. You can also remove your mobile number or switch to email codes in your FacilityView360 profile.

5. Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

6. Other Terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed; do not rely on texts for emergencies. If you give up or reassign a mobile number you registered with us, please remove it from your profile or tell us.

These SMS Terms are part of the SaaS Logic Terms of Service (Section 8), which govern every SaaS Logic product.
